the day before yestoday,i went to kaong mai wetland with 青樺and 雯茹 on the midday

it's so hot ,the most importance is we got lost

we rode two motors almost three hours under the direct sunshine

and either we got sunburn,i got critical hurt because i didn't use any sun block or sun hat

both my thigh and lower leg become red and ache

all this while i need to ice packing and put on aloe gel again and again

few days later my skin will start peeling and become swarthy

too bed!!

the story tell me,i need to do some sun petection if i want to play outside
